PUSLINCH LAKE GOLF CLUB (519) 489-6767
Ontario Golf Course Review
Puslinch Lake Golf Club in Cambridge is an 18-hole short course that is a very player friendly design - featuring a relatively flat terrain with small grade hills and undulations. The
layout meanders through secluded countryside, and presents mostly level playing surfaces that reward well placed tee shots and approaches .
The tree lined course was in excellent shape on our early summer visit, and it is conveniently located close to major highways. Golfers will encounter only 2 holes with water in
play, and bunkering is understated with just 23 sand traps located near the landing zones off the tee or situated greenside. Most holes play straightforward, but there are several
doglegs to contend with.
The clubhouse features a pro shop and snack area with beverages and sandwiches, plus banquet/outing facilities. There is a practice green for putting and chipping, plus an
area where golfers can warm up by hitting balls into a net (free). Rates here are very reasonable for a shorter course with nice conditioning and prime location.
There are just 2 sets of tees that play to distances measuring 5294 with a 105 slope rating for men and 117 for women, and 4847 yards with a slope of 111 for ladies from the
front tees. 100, 150 and 200 yard markers are posted on the fairways and cart paths of all par fours and fives, an color coded flags indicate the day's pin placements - with front,
middle or back hole locations
This is a course that can be enjoyed by all levels of players, and can be played in under four hours. For more Info, visit our page for the course with direct link to their website by CLICKING HERE.
