Beaverdale is a short and scenic 4600 yard layout that is ideal for a quick round, and is playable for golfers of all skill levels. Similar to many of the courses in the region,
Beaverdale plays along a rolling terrain with tree lined fairways ( some tight) and small, gently sloping green complexes. Sand bunkering is understated, with 23 sand traps
located near the landing zones or greenside, and water comes into play on 6 holes.
There are just 2 sets of tee areas that play to distances and slopes measuring 4604 yards/112 slope , and 4217/109 slope. 150 yard stakes and 100, 150 and 200 yard markers
are posted on the fairways and cart path of all par fours and fives. Color coded flags on the relatively flat putting surfaces indicate the front, middle or pack pin placements.
The clubhouse features a pro shop, snack area/lounge, plus changing room facilities. There is no driving range but a putting/chipping green is available for all green fee paying
guests. The par fours and two par fives are relatively short (no par four over 393 yards) making this a manageable course for beginners, as well as for seniors and juniors.
